A new manager noticed that information didn’t always go beyond the handful of people who represented the rehabilitative services department at UBT meetings. The UBT meetings now include everyone in the department, so everyone has a voice and knows they are on the UBT. This new arrangement helped the team succeed when it revamped the physical therapy gym.
