What can your team do to ensure Kaiser Permanente continues to be affordable for all members?

Receiving free supplies is exciting, unless it makes it harder for Kaiser Permanente to stay affordable for all members. Many members received orthotic supplies for free. The complete care and health education unit-based team centralized the supplies into one location, took inventory and properly charged members for the supplies. The team surpassed their goal of bringing in $500.
