The 2023 Coalition National Agreement advances the mission of the Labor Management Partnership to serve the needs of Kaiser Permanente, our members and patients, and the workers represented by the Coalition of Kaiser Permanente Unions. The agreement begins a new chapter where front-line caregivers and managers come together to address staffing challenges, keep Kaiser Permanente the best place to work and receive care, and maintain affordability.
