The 2-South Med-Surg unit-based team at Sunnyside Medical Center in the Northwest has created a culture of high performance—but it wasn’t always that way. Before they could get to a place where team members are comfortable running simultaneous tests of change on multiple service projects, they had to overcome poor morale and staff churn.
