  • Level 3: Team has begun documenting projects and testing cycles in UBT Tracker
  • Level 4: Team has completed three or more testing cycles, making more robust changes (e.g., workflow improvement rather than training)
  • Level 4: Team documents all projects and testing cycles in UBT Tracker at least every 90 days
